PARTICIPANTS: All individuals aged 21 and above residing in the United States of America are eligible to participate in this promotion.

VALIDITY: This promotion will be valid from 03/12/2024 at 00:00 hrs. until 06/08/24 at 23:59 hrs.

ORGANIZERS: CASA DON RAMÓN is the organizer of this promotion and is responsible for the mechanics, development, and final selection process of winners. However, once the prize is delivered, the organizers disclaim any responsibility related to the use and/or enjoyment of the relevant prize.

CONTEST MECHANISM: The contest is only available to those who meet the criteria in point 1 and fulfill all the requirements of the promotion:

-Purchase any Tequila Don Ramón product, either through physical channels or e-commerce. Any store or chain selling the product is eligible.

-Register the purchase receipt at the following link www.casadonramon.com.

-Fill out the participation form with the requested information.

Participants can enter as many times as they wish by registering different receipts. The same receipt cannot be registered more than once. Purchases of Mezcal Don Ramón do not qualify for this promotion.


Two winners will be randomly selected, each receiving a double pass to the Luis Miguel concert in the city where they registered. The prize cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent. Travel, accommodation, or any other expenses related to the winner’s attendance at the concert will not be covered. The organizers reserve the right to make modifications without prior notice.


Winners will be notified via email on the following dates:

They must respond by confirming their full name, ticket number(s) used for participation, phone, and address.

Once the information is received and confirmed, the winner will be contacted again by email to coordinate the prize delivery.

If a winner fails to respond within 2 days before the concert date, the prize will be canceled, and a new winner will be selected.


Without prejudice to other clauses in these terms and conditions, participants agree that the organizer, affiliated and/or subsidiary companies, shareholders, managers, directors, agents, employees, and/or representatives shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or harms of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, or enjoyment of the prizes and/or participation in the contest or any technical malfunction of the telephone network, online computer systems, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof, or any damage to the participant’s computer and/or its contents (or third parties’), in connection with, or resulting from, any part or reason of this contest.


It is hereby noted that the winner expressly authorizes CASA DON RAMON to use their personal data exclusively for commercial and/or promotional purposes, in the media and forms it deems appropriate.


The organizer may, at its sole discretion, modify the start and end dates of the promotion, modify these terms, and/or decide not to carry out the promotion, communicating this information en masse, and before the drawing, without granting any rights to the participants.
