¾ oz sweet vermouth

½ oz crème de cacao

A pinch of sea salt

Strawberry slices (for garnish)

Applewood smoke
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION
Combine all the ingredients—except the garnishes—in a mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain, and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Infuse with applewood smoke. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices. Serve and enjoy!
