The manufacturing process of the Cristalino line begins with a careful selection of premium agaves, aged a minimum of 8 years, and a harmonious fermentation development complemented by ozone profiling. This gives each product in this range a unique smoothness.
Subsequently, depending on each edition, each beverage undergoes aging for a period of 6 to 12 months in American or French oak barrels, previously housing Oporto. This final step is accompanied by a complex double distillation and filtration process using charcoal sheets, giving it that elegant and distinguished crystal-clear hue.
All of the above brings to life a line with an exquisitely smooth taste and a lingering aftertaste to be enjoyed in its entirety.
