BRUMA Cocktail Recipe with Casa Don Ramón

Inspired by the coastal essence of La Paz, Bruma blends coconut and a touch of sea salt with the character of Don Ramón tequila. Topped with Mexican lager and served wrapped in newspaper—just like beers are enjoyed in Baja.

MAIN COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Don Ramón tequila
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz agave syrup
  • 1 oz coconut water
  • 1 dash saline solution
  • Mexican lager beer

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION

Stir tequila, lemon juice, agave syrup, coconut water, and saline solution with ice until well chilled. Strain into a glass and top with Mexican lager.
