UP UP AND AWAY cocktail recipe with Casa Don Ramón

MAIN INGREDIENTS OF THE COCKTAIL

  • 1 ½ oz. Don Ramón Mezcal
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc
  • ½ oz Bénédictine
  • 8 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
  • Grapefruit Twist (garnish)

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake, strain, and pour the cocktail over a large ice cube and garnish with the grapefruit twist. Serve and enjoy!
